NOTICE OF REMOTE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE MUNICIPAL EXCESS LIABILITY JOINT INSURANCE FUND

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Open Public Meetings Act and Emergency Remote Meeting Protocol for Local Public Bodies, that the Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund, a public entity established under N.J.S..A 40A:10-6, will hold a Special Meeting on Monday May 8, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. via Zoom video/audio conference. The meeting will be held for the limited purpose of considering the following matters: 1) adoption of additional assessments; and 2) proposal for services by Paul Miola. Formal action may be taken. Executive session may be required to discuss contract negotiations. If required then a Zoom breakout room will be utilized.

The MEL Claims  Committee will meet on the same days as the Board of Fund Commissioners at the above listed locations immediately following the Fund meeting with the exception of the March and November meeting dates. The MEL Claims Committee will also meet via teleconference or Zoom at 10:30 a.m. on March 1, 2023, May 3, 2023, July 12, 2023 and December 6, 2023.
