Designated Person Indoor Air Quality Training

The New Jersey Indoor Air Quality Standard, N.J.A.C. 12:100-13 (2007), sets standards for indoor air quality in existing buildings occupied by public employees during their regular working hours.  A requirement of the Standard is for public employers to identify a Designated Person who has the knowledge necessary to perform the duties defined in the Standard.  The New Jersey Department of Health PEOSH Program has released the upcoming schedule of Designated Persons Indoor Air Quality Courses.
